EIFS Problem

In recent years, a widespread problem has developed with certain installations of EIFS. When not properly installed, gaps exist that allow water and moisture to seep in and is then trapped. The trapped moisture results in large scale rotting of the home’s framing and walls. This destruction is not considered eligible for insurance coverage under a homeowners policy.
