Randy Reeves, AAI
Randy Reeves is a Senior Account Executive for Harold W. Wells & Son, Inc., where he is responsible for providing risk management services to assist clients in lowering their total cost of risk (TCOR) and ultimately making them more attractive to the insurance marketplace.
Randy’s broad background includes over 24 years of experience in sales, operations, and manufacturing, for both domestic and international companies. He began at Westinghouse Electric as a manufacturing engineer. He then spent 12 years with Eurotherm Controls, Inc., working his way up to VP of Operations. For five years Randy served as President of Interroll Corporation where he was responsible for over $25 million in annual sales in the US. During his time with Interroll, he was able to master his understanding and skills in business development and strategy, and was responsible for analyzing and acting on financial information in order to maximize profitability.
Randy’s experience has helped him develop a keen understanding of sound business principles. He knows how to mitigate risk issues through process improvement and employee involvement— skills that give him an ability to understand the specific needs of his clients and an opportunity to provide a level of expertise that is unique to the risk management industry.
Randy received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University in 1980. In 1989 he received a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan. He is also a licensed Property & Liability Agent as well as a licensed Real Estate Broker. Since joining Harold W. Wells & Son, Randy has obtained the Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) professional designation. He is involved in many civic activities, including:
