Gary Powers

Gary Powers joined Harold W. Wells & Son, Inc. in September 2009. Gary is the Director of Automotive Solutions which involves Commercial Insurance, F&I products and Employee Benefits for the automotive industry.

Prior to joining Harold W. Wells & Son, Inc., Gary spent the previous five years with Universal Underwriters / Zurich.  During his first three years with Universal Underwriters / Zurich, Gary was a retail Account Executive which included - Auto Dealers, Motorcycle, Truck, Equipment and RV dealerships products and solutions. In 2007, Gary was promoted to the Regional Sales Manager for North Carolina. Prior to joining Universal/Zurich, Gary worked in the automotive industry for 9 years. 

Gary has his AFIP designation (Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals) and is currently working to obtain both his CIC designation and bachelor’s degree in BA. Gary resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife Rebecca and their four children Anna, Jack, Sam and Nick.
